Assalaamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakaatuh, May Allah reward you with good O Shaykh, A man cannot pray standing up, so he prays sitting down and he leads the people of his house. So what is the ruling on praying behind him?

Wa alaykum assalam wa rahmatullahi wa barakaatuh.. It is permissible and they should pray behind him standing up and Allah Knows Best
